They guided us through every step, from design to construction, ensuring our ideas were incorporated flawlessly and also ensuring that we did not make design mistakes that would increase the cost of the build unnecessarily or lead to other problems. We established a budget for the home based upon a level of finish that we had seen in other homes that they were building at the time. When it came time to make selections of finishes, they guided us through that process as well. There were no changes to the budget unless we decided to incorporate additions, but everything was agreed upon in terms of any additional costs. We always felt like our build was a priority for them and the estimate they gave us for the length of the build was met precisely. The quality of their work is outstanding. More importantly they have always been there if there were any questions or issues. Four of our friends have since had homes built by them.
